Get support to quit drinking
If you’re struggling to stay sober, then it’s important to get more support. Many of us try to do it alone without success. A study on Dry January participants found that 70% who got support during the challenge completed the entire month, compared to 36% who tried to do alone. Support helps you stay sober.
